while Barbara had a massage, facial and manicure

in the second phase of the Muskokan development.
We have been owners on the Muskoka Lakes for
over 44 years. The first 40 years were family cottages
on Lake Muskoka and Lake Rosseau. The last 4 have
been as very satisfied and happy owners at the
Muskokan on Lake Joseph. We have enjoyed our
time so much that we have rented additional weeks
during the summer. The ambience is restful, elegant
and carefree and the facilities are second to none.
We can’t get enough of it. In addition, we have
used the ‘week swapping’ facilities of the Registry
Collection plan to arrange spring vacations in both
Myrtle Beach and Victoria and found them to be
comparable resorts with great amenities.

“Our extended family (3 siblings, their spouses,
and children) bought two fractions in side-by-side
units at The Muskokan Resort Club. Two families
from Ottawa and one from London, The Muskokan
is a mid-way meeting place for us. For the past six
years, we (there are now 6 adults and five children
aged 14 and under) have gathered there in the
summer and have built our extended family traditions
around two ‘untouchable’ weeks in July. Each family
alternates cooking dinners, one night the kids cook
for the adults, we throw a birthday party for one of
the children every year (joined by two sets of
grandparents), we golf, we swim, we play, and most
importantly of all, we build upon our sense of love
and family every year. Instead of working on the
upkeep of a cottage over those weeks, as we used
to do, we are able to spend quality time with one
another thanks to the wonderful service that Mike
and his team provide. The Muskokan has become
our extended family home, filled with cherished
memories that will last a lifetime.”

“I was the first purchaser of the second phase of
the muskokan club with the purchase of four
intervals. After waiting for the first phase to be built
I was very impressed with the quality of the project.
I compared other fractional ownership developments
but all fell far short of the muskokan. In addition, the
developer was extremely receptive to my suggestions
which ultimately were incorporated into the project.
Our family has enjoyed four summers at the
muskokan club. Every aspect of the development is
first class- the furnishings, the amenities, and the
maintenance services. We particularly enjoy the
proximity to toronto, the access to the amenities,
and the sense of privacy. We also feel that we have
made a wise investment whose value will continue
to appreciate."

“When we bought an interval in the Muskokan Club
Resort a number of years ago, our goal was to have
a family cottage experience at a price we could
afford, without all the headaches of having to look
after a cottage, 365 days a year! The Muskokan
has delivered that and much more! The property
is absolutely beautiful in all 4 seasons and the
management makes sure both the grounds and
the villas are elegantly maintained all year long.
The boat house and dock is the perfect place to
have a morning coffee while the mist clears off
the lake. We love the club house, movie theatre
and pool and the sports courts and playground
are very popular with our kids.
There is lots of opportunity to socialize with other
owners but, even during the busier summer
months, we are very pleased with how private
the setting is. The Muskokan has been fantastic
for our family!”
