With each project, Fred Haas brings integrity and
environmental responsibility to both design and
construction. The designer and builder has conceived
and built quality projects for over 30 years, both
domestically and in Europe. Haas was nominated for
the 'Order of Canada' for contributions to energy
conservation in residential homebuilding.

The recipient of the Canadian Housing Design
Award and recognized by Ontario Hydro for
energy-efficient home design and innovations for
energy conservation, Haas is also a member of the
Canadian and Ontario Home Builders’ Associations.
With the Muskokan, Fred Haas has succeeded once
again – in conjunction with the vision and direction
of Resorts Muskoka, designing a collection of
waterfront villas that harmoniously blend with the
natural Muskoka landscape.
